Caribbean is our oldest established brand, created in 2019 as a result of having created many great experiences for our guests. Currently all of our Caribbean apartments are located in Cancun's Hotel Zone @Villas Marlin, but we have a second location coming soon... :)

Get to know Villas Marlin's amenities; where we have our four Caribbean apartments

The apartments are located in Villas Marlin- a quiet area directly behind the Kukulcan Plaza shopping center.

Right in the heart of Cancun’s Hotel Zone. Walk about ten minutes to enjoy some shopping in the luxurious shopping and restaurant plaza La Isla.

We are also conveniently close to great restaurants (which you can learn about in our blog), supermarkets, and the entertainment area (get your party hats).

The complex has free parking, 24-hour security with a private controlled entrance.

Great family-friendly environment with one of the pools made for kids.

Enjoy our fully furnished apartments and enjoy the free WiFi. Enjoy the majestic ocean views from your window or walk less than two steps to get to the beach and pools.

This was our 3rd time staying at Marlin Villas. We love the location!! So secure with all the security, so close to the beach, and so close to Kukulkan plaza. There's also a Covid testing center next to Kukulkan plaza which we used for our flight back to the USA. This time around we noticed a new Oxxo, pharmacy, and yummy ice cream shop next to the security gate...
